Jamie H. Kim is an associate in the Transactional Group at Richardson & Patel LLP, practicing in the areas of corporate and securities law.

Ms. Kim received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002. In 2006, Ms. Kim received her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University, School of Law where she served as Legal Summaries Editor for the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judges. While serving on the Journal, Ms. Kim published an article called “Better Access to Justice for You, Better Access to Fees for Your Attorney – The Implications of Scarborough v. Principi” in 2005. During law school, Ms. Kim also served as a law clerk in the Department of Enforcement of NASD, Inc. and as an extern in the Tax Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.

Ms. Kim is admitted to practice law in all California courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
