Peter V. Hogan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College in 1993. He received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees from Boston College in 1998, and passed the California State Bar examination that same year.
Mr. Hogan’s primary area of focus is corporate and securities law. His legal experience includes initial public offerings, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions (for both private and public companies), angel and venture capital financing, 1934 Act reporting obligations, and 1933 Act registration statements. Mr. Hogan is experienced in representing the interests of both issuer and underwriter clients, and brings his tax, business, and legal expertise to bear in solving and implementing the business needs and strategies of his corporate clients.
Mr. Hogan’s legal expertise also includes corporate and business contracts, such as shareholder agreements, license agreements, employment agreements, and employee equity incentive plans.
Prior to joining Richardson & Patel, LLP, Mr. Hogan was a corporate associate in the Century City office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, LLP. After completing his graduate level education, Mr. Hogan was a State tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston.
Mr. Hogan is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and other local community groups. |
