We also have extensive experience with micro-cap, AMEX, NASDAQ and OTCBB companies. We have many contacts within the finance and investment banking community and we can assist with introductions for public entity financings including PIPE offerings, equity lines, convertible preferred financings, follow on offerings, mezzanine debt, private placements and traditional commercial banking.
